IYEMON Fukamushicha Koi is a blend of aromatic Kabusecha and refreshing Sencha, carefully deep-steamed to bring out its deep flavor. Fukamushicha, also known as deep-steamed green tea, is a Japanese green tea variety with a distinctive processing method involving longer steaming time as compared to traditional sencha green tea. This extended steaming process results in a finer, more powdery leaf texture.

Fukamushicha typically brews a vibrant green color and offers a rich, full-bodied flavor profile with a slightly thicker mouthfeel. It is renowned for its robust umami taste, refreshing aroma, and health benefits due to its high concentration of antioxidants.
