Strawberry Matcha Latte: A Feast for the Senses
Ingredients:
1.5 teaspoon Matcha powder
4 tablespoon hot water
¾ cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
4 medium fresh or frozen strawberries
2.5 tablespoon sugar / honey
8 ice cubes optional
Instructions:
1. In a tall glass, add strawberries and white granulated sugar, crush them together with a muddler until they’re pureed. If you don’t have a muddler, finely chop or purée the strawberries in a blender and mix them in the glass with the sugar.
2. Then add ice cubes on top of the puréed strawberries.
3. Pour milk over the ice and set aside.
4. Sift Matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot water to Matcha and whisk until frothy.
5. Gently pour the Matcha liquid over the milk. Stir to enjoy!
