Veg Matcha Pancake

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Matcha powder
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (Optoinal)
Instructions:
1. Combine together flour, sugar, Matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Combine the milk and vanilla extract, pour into #1. Combine until just incorporated. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
3. Pour some batter onto a nonstick pan over low/medium heat.
4. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
5. Serve warm with butter, maple syrup, whipped cream, ice cream or fruit.
